Reframe the narrative,  find lessons in challenges. Rather than thinking, this is hard☹️, think what did I learn from trying🙃 and what can I do different next time.😁 Look for growth in obstacles.

 

🤩Play and Fun-

Trying new things is great for our 🧠 brain. It can improve neuroplasticity.  Find ways to move and play throughout your day.  Get the entire family involved. 

Get crazy, try 💃salsa dancing, hip hop dance, ⛳️golf, basketball, 🧘‍♀️yoga, whatever you like.
