How did last week go? Working on 🤸🚶‍♂️ MOVEMENT

How many days did you give yourself the gift of movement? How do you feel about incorporating movement into your life? When you see it as a gift, it becomes easier to sustain. When you see it as a burden it can be hard to get going. Reframe the narrative,  try looking for the positive in having a healthier body and use that desire as fuel to be a HEALTHY HAPPY HUMAN 💜

Start Small add 1 🥬veggie or fruit, choose the baked chicken over the breaded chicken, 🫒add olive oil to your cooking, try a handful of nuts as a snack, add sliced 🥑avocado to your sandwich.  Any 1 of these suggestions would be a great start. Get some spices! Rosemary and thyme go great on roasted veggies and chicken. Basil and oregano are yummy on pizza. 🧄Garlic powder is great on everything.

  • Oils such as canola, hydrogenated vegetable oil, shortening, and margarine

  • Grains like white flour and flavored, sweetened oatmeal

  • Packaged foods with ingredients you are not familiar with (or can’t pronounce)

  • Cured meats, bacon, hotdogs
